Motocross: Ryan Dungey Sweeps Red Bud

Ryan Dungey kept the moment rolling at the sixth round of the AMA Pro Motocross series at the notoriously tough Red Bud MX track in Buchanan, Michigan, on Saturday.

Dungey and his Suzuki fuel-injected RM-Z450 fought hard in the first moto to take the win, and the second moto they went from holeshot to finish line in true championship fashion.

BMW Group Canada (BMW and MINI brands combined) reported retail sales of 3,507 units in June, a slight decrease of 1% from June 2009. On the year, BMW Group Canada reported sales of 15,052 units, representing a 12% increase over the same period last year.

After the seventh round of the 2010 MotoGP season held at the Circuit de Catalunya, Ben Spies continues to lead the rookie of the year challenge.

Starting from fifth on the grid, Spies found it difficult to find a consistent and fast pace in the opening half of the 25-lap encounter and he dropped down to 10th.

Carmelo Morales ran into the back of American Kenny Noyes, causing Morales to crash in a frightening fall.

This morning Motorland Argon had a visit from the Rizla Suzuki MotoGP riders, Loris Capirossi and Alvaro Bautista.

In a promotional event for Suzuki, both GP riders were able to complete a few test laps, they seemed happy with the quality and safety of the circuit.

The first occurred just be the start at the first corner, in a reckless maneuver, Alex Debon had been ahead of eight other riders, among them Sergio Gadea. Fortunately, Gadea had been able to stay on his bike and avoid the crash.
